某单元式空调多工质实验研究及分析

摘要 针对某单元式空调系统,进行3种工质(R22、R404A、R407C)下的实验研究及分析,找出了系统不可逆损失最大的部件,在优化设计中将其作为重点优化部件,同时分析了3种工质的损失特点,为该类系统的节能优化和工质替代工作提供参考. The performance experiments and exergy analysis on a unitary air-conditioner using R404A, R407C and R22 are conducted. The component which losses the maximum amount of the irreversible energy is found. This component will be the preferred component to be improved for the optimization of the system. This paper also analyses exergy loss characteristics of three refrigerants, which provided reference to unitary air-conditioner's energy saving and refrigerant replacing work.
