摘要
目的 :分析肾上腺糖皮质激素与结核病的关系。方法 :采用回顾性分析方法。结果 :激素诱发肺结核 2 3例中治愈 15例 ( 65 .2 % ) ,好转 6例 ( 2 6.1% ) ,死亡 2例 ( 8.7% )。结论 :激素诱发结核病很大程度上与激素使用的时间及剂量密切相关。长期应用激素伴发热者应高度怀疑结核病可能。
Objective:To analyse the relationship between corticosteroids and tuberculosis. Method:A retrospective analyse was used. Results:Among the 23 cases with pulmonary tuberculosis, 15 cases (65.2%) were cured, 6 cases (26.1%) improved, but 2 cases (8.7%) died. Conclusion:To a large extent, tuberculosis induced during using corticosteroids is relevant closely to the duration and doses of this kind of drugs. Patients taking corticosteroids for a long time and following a fever should be inferred suffering from tuberculosis.
