摘要
本文提出一种采用变结构三模控制策略的高性能直流调速系统,其运行模式在运算控制、二次型性能指标最优控制以及无差最优控制三种模式之间按转速误差进行切换。整个系统采用一台8031单片机控制,结构简单,成本低,并实现了全数字化。实验结果表明,系统获得了优良的静动态特性,可满足高性能传动的要求.
This paper reports a high-performance speed control system for DC motor, in which a three-modes control stratagem of variable structure is applied,, According to the deviation of the speed, the operating modes of the system is switched among the three modes: the calculating control mode, the LQSF optimal control mode and the optimal control mode without static deviation. The system which is controlled by a 8031 single-chip microcomputer has the advantages of simple hardware, low cost and fully digitizing. The experimental results show that the static and dynamic characteristics of the system are excellent and the system can satisfy the desires of high-performance drive.
