摘要
为了探明青海不同类型油菜叶片的光合日变化特性,以青海白菜型、芥菜型和甘蓝型油菜品种为材料,采用LI-6400XT光合测定仪对油菜苗期和盛花期的叶片光合日变化特性进行测定。结果表明,1)油菜在苗期的净光合速率日变化均呈单峰曲线,无光合午休现象,其中,青海芥菜型油菜的净光合速率在10:30达到峰值[37.51μmolCO2/(m2.s)],其他品种均在12:30达到峰值,随后急剧下降;盛花期除NO.46和青油241的净光合速率日变化呈单峰曲线外,其他品种的净光合速率日变化均呈双峰曲线,并存在明显的光合午休现象,其第一峰值出现在11:50,第二峰值出现在15:50。2)油菜苗期的净光合速率均与光合有效辐射呈显著或极显著正相关,与胞间CO2浓度和相对湿度呈负相关或显著负相关,净光合速率与光合有效辐射的相关系数最大,即光合有效辐射对净光合速率的影响最明显,其次是蒸腾速率与气孔导度;油菜盛花期的净光合速率与相对湿度、光合有效辐射、蒸腾速率、胞间CO2浓度和气孔导度呈明显正相关,且与气孔导度的相关系数最大。
The diurnal variation characteristics of leaf photosynthesis of cultivars of B. campestris, B. juncea and B. napus was determined by Li-6400 photosyntometer during seedling and full-bloom stages in Qinghai. The results showed that. 1) the Pn diurnal variation of cultivars of three rape types all presented a single-peak curve without photosynthetic noon break phenomenon in seedling stage, of which, the Pn of B. juncea reached the peak value [37. 51 μmol CO2/(m2 · s)3 at 10. 30 and the Pn of B. campestris and B. napus reached the peak value at 12: 30. The Pn diurnal variation of No. 46 (B. napus) and Qingyou 241 ( B. campestris) presented a single-peak curve in full-bloom stage. The Pn diurnal variation of other rape cultivars presented a double-peak curve with obvious photosynthetic noon break phenomenon in full-bloom stage and the first and second peak value presented 11:50 and 15:50 respectively. ; 2) There was the significant or very significant positive correlation between Pn and photosynthetic active radiation (PAR) in seedling stage and there were negative or significant negative corrlations between Pn and intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) and between Pn and relative humidity. Photosynthetic active radiation (PAR) had the significant effect on Pn, followed by transpiration rate (Tr) and stomatal conductance (Gs). There were obvious positive colrrelations between Pn and relative humidity, PAR, Tr, Ci, Cond in full-bloom stage and the relative coefficient between Pn and Cond was the maximum
