摘要
以白花树种子为材料,对其进行试管繁殖研究。结果表明:将种子切除胚乳,只保留胚接种于培养基,可比未切除胚乳的提前长出子叶,并能降低污染率,提高成活率,污染率和成活率分别为11%和82%;以MS+0.3mg/L BA为增殖培养基,增殖效果最佳,增殖系数达到5.7,芽长为4.46 cm,芽多且粗壮;采用两阶段诱导白花树生根,以100 mg/L IBA处理3 d为最佳,生根率达到60%。
Experiments on tissue culture of Styrax tonkinensis was conducted by taking the seeds as explants.The results showed that embryo without endosperm inoculated into medium could produce cotyledons earlier than that with endosperm,as well as reduce the contamination incidence and increase the survival rate.The best medium for propagation was MS medium + 0.3 mg/L of BA,the propagation coefficient reached 5.7,and the average bud length of 4.46 cm.Treatments with 100 mg/L IBA for 3 days had the best root induction effect,topped to 60 % of rooting rate.
