摘要
针对同步陶板切割机位移控制系统建模过程中存在参数不确定、大功率直流电机运行过程受负载波动干扰和现场复杂环境等因数的影响,提出了一种鲁棒H_∞控制器设计方法。与常规PID控制方式的仿真结果比较,鲁棒H_∞控制能有效降低参数不确定性和外部干扰对控制性能的影响。
Since there is parameter uncertainty in modeling the sync ceramic plate cutting machine' s displacement control system, and the running high power DC motor is impact by load fluctuations, complicated on-site environmental interference. This paper proposes a design of H∞ controller based on robust control theory. To compare with the simulation results of conventional PID control, the H∞ control can effectively reduces influence on the control performance from the parameter uncertainty and external disturbance.
