摘要
针对钻机研发过程中产品数据管理存在的问题,采用Teamcenter软件开发了ZDY6000LD(A)钻机产品数据管理(PDM)系统。该系统在钻机设计中实现了项目管理、产品文档管理、流程管理、产品结构管理、零部件分类管理、CAD软件集成等功能,保证了钻机产品研发过程中的各种技术资料得到有效控制,为钻机的数字化开发提供了平台。
According to the problems of product data management in the development process of drilling rig,PDM system is developed by Teamcenter,which involve project,archive,process,bill of material,component and CAD integration.It controls the technical data effectively in the development process of drilling rig,and provides a platform for digital development of drilling rigs.
