地喹氯铵类似物构效关系的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 介绍近年国外地喹氯铵类似物构效关系的研究状况。方法 :根据对有关资料的分析 ,归纳总结了地喹氯铵、钾离子通道的药理作用 ,地喹氯铵类似物的构效关系等。结果 :地喹氯铵类似物的结构与小电导钙离子激活的钾离子通道 (SKCa)存在定量构效关系。结论 :地喹氯铵类似物的构效关系的研究对寻找最适宜的人工合成SKCa阻滞剂有重要意义。 Objective:To introduce the advances of study on structure-activity relationships of dequalinium analogues. Methods:The relevant data were further analyzed and concluded. Results:It was showed that dequalinium chloride was the most potent nonpeptidic blocker of the SK Ca channel so far described. Conclusion:There is an important meaning that study on the structure-activity relationship of dequalinium chloride analogues for searching the most appropriate synthetic SK Ca channel blockers.
