摘要 介绍定量测定甲硝唑注射液中内毒素的方法并讨论相关问题。方法 :采用细菌内毒素检查法和亲和膜分离法 ,定量检测稀释 5倍的 0 .2 %甲硝唑注射液和稀释 13倍的 0 .5 %的甲硝唑注射液中细菌内毒素 (鲎试剂灵敏度0 .12 5EU ml)。结果 :亲和膜分离法同细菌内毒素检查法比较接近。结论 :亲和膜分离法临床应用简捷、快速 ,方法准确可靠。 Objective:The quantitative determination of bacterial endotoxin in metronidazole injection was introduced and its relative problems were discussed. Methods:The bacterial endotoxin in metronidazole injection was quantitatively determined by the bacterial endotoxin test and affinity membrane isolating method, 0.2% metronidazole injection diluted 5-time was determined, 0.5% metronidazole injection diluted 13-time was determined (sensitivity of tachypleus amebocyte lysate was 0.125 EU/ml). Results:Affinity membrane isolating method was similar to bacterial endotoxin test. Conclusion:Affinity membrane isolating method is accurate and dependable, simple and quick in clinical application.
