建立疼痛管理体系对减轻术后疼痛提高住院患者满意度的影响 被引量：7

摘要 目的:探讨建立疼痛管理体系规范疼痛管理流程对减轻术后疼痛,提高患者满意度的影响。方法:以218例住院患者为研究对象,按住院号尾数随机分组的原则,分为试验组与对照组,每组各109例。对照组按脊柱外科住院患者疼痛一般护理常规护理;试验组按疼痛管理体系进行护理。结果:试验组住院患者满意度明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:创建骨科无痛病房,规范住院患者疼痛管理,对减轻术后疼痛、提高患者满意度具有显著性意义。
