摘要
信息化时代对教师的教育权威、传统教育观念和教育模式提出巨大挑战。顺应"云学习"而生的大学生"云学习团队"为高校教师开辟了新的教育舞台,促使高校教师角色发生重大转变。"云学习团队"中高校教师的角色素质由网络技术知识,敏锐的洞察力,高超的设计能力和团队训练能力,团队决策、引导、控制、协调以及评价的能力,平等的意识,积极的态度以及良好的沟通能力构成。高校和教师应该通过改变教育理念、创建良好环境、主动进行"云教育"实践全面实现教师角色素质的升级换代。
The information age poses challenges to teachers' educational authority, the traditional edu cational concept and mode. Students' "cloud learning team" following the cloud learning age provides college teachers with a new mode of teaching, which will cause a radical change of teachers' role. The qualities of a teacher in a "cloud learning team" includes IT knowledge, keen insight, ability to make designs, train teams, make decisions for the team, guide, control and coordinate and evaluate as well as the awareness of equality, a positive attitude and great communication skills. The schools and their teachers should change their educational ideas, create a favorable environment and conduct "cloud education" to improve the overall quality of the teaching staff.
