摘要
在研究大叶速生槐种根繁殖技术过程中,速生槐种根在扦插时表现出上端长芽,下端长根的特性。根据这一特性,在生产实践中总结出"速生槐种根扦插繁殖技术"与"速生槐种根营养盘育苗技术"的2种方法。这2种方法不仅提高了速生槐种根的繁殖成活率,提高了幼苗的质量,而且也提高了种根的利用率,提早了育苗的时间。
During the research of root cuttage technique of Robinia pseudoacacia L., it was founded that the leaves sprouted from the upper end and roots grew from the lower end. According to this feature, technologies of ＂root cuttage approach of Robinia pseudoacacia L.＂ and ＂nutrition tray seedling method of roots of Robinia pseudoacacia L.＂ were worked out. With those two methods, the seedling quality, the germination rate, and root breeding efficiency were all enhanced, and the seedling time was earlier.
