摘要
分别采用不同质量浓度的NaOH、果胶酶、纤维素酶进行精练,考察在不同反应时间下的处理效果,最后选用不同质量浓度的生物酶与NaOH进行双重精练,得出优化工艺方案。对不同精练条件下的产品进行染色,最后对精练后的样布进行性能测试,通过测试,选出最佳应用工艺,并与传统碱精练工艺进行比较分析。
Different concentrations of NaOH, pectinase and cellulase were used for scouring of linen fabrics. Treatment effects in different reaction time were investigated, then different concentrations of bio-enzyme and NaOH were used for double scouring and optimum process was obtained. Linen fabrics with different scouring conditions were dyed, and the performance of fabrics after scouring was tested. The optimum process was selected after the performance test, and comparative analysis was taken between the optimum process and traditional alkali scouring process.
