经济的发展特别是房产业的蓬勃兴起,客观上对房产档案的管理提出了更加严格的要求。作为一个从事房产档案管理工作的人员,我们有责任和义务通过不断的理论研究和实践经验的总结,来促进我国的房产档案的管理向着科学化的方向发展。
The development of economic especially the booming real estate industry, puts forward more strict requirements for objectively real estate archives management.
