摘要
任何国家的养老模式都与其社会保障制度、特定的生活方式和相适应的居住设施密不可分。美国的养老保险和医疗保险,主要由企业和个人承担,由于美国老人生活上的独立性,使其多选择设施养老,其养老设施分类细致,商业化发展迅速;丹麦施行原宅养老政策,政府在软硬件上提供支持,并在养老住宅建造方面予以充分的补助;日本的社保制度和居住设施类型呈现多元化分布结构,老年人可根据自身经济状况和健康情况选择合适的养老居住模式。本研究通过对美国、丹麦以及日本的养老政策和模式的深入探讨,对中国未来的养老模式发展提出了自己的思考。
The endowment modeof each nation is inseparable from the social security system, certain lifestyle and appropriate living facilities. In the USA, the endowment insurance and medical insurance are paid by the enterprise and individual. Because of the independence lifestyle, the aged prefer to stay in elderly facilities, which are classified and commercialized. Meanwhile, the edged are settled down in their own house in Denmark. The government provides great support on software and hardware, and also supplies sufficient subsidy on the construction of the house for the aged. There are varieties of social security system and living facilities in Japan. The aged can choose the suitable way of living according to the level of theireconomy and health.
