摘要
目的了解吸食冰毒者的吸毒行为及性行为特征。方法在某地社区招募21名吸食冰毒者,对每名吸毒者进行一对一深入访谈,每人1.5～2h,了解其吸毒行为特征。结果调查对象首次吸食冰毒的原因以好奇和同伴影响为主;吸食场所以家中为主,吸毒方式均为烫吸,未发现注射吸毒;存在毒品混合使用的现象。吸食冰毒者大多有多个性伴,存在群交性行为;大部分吸毒者吸食冰毒后会出现性亢奋;极少数吸食冰毒者性交时使用安全套。结论吸食冰毒人群普遍存在高危性行为,艾滋病性病知识存在误区。为有效控制艾滋病性病在该人群中的传播,需要采取有针对性的综合干预措施。
Objective To understand drug-using and sexual behaviors among amphetamine-type-stimulants（ATS） users.Methods In-depth interview was conducted to 21 ATS users recruited from communities for gathering information about their drug-using and sexual behaviors.Each respondent was interviewed personally for about 1.5-2 hours.Results Most of ATS users started drug use due to curiosity or peer influence.Most of them used methamphetamine at home by inhaling the vapor of heated ＂crystal meth＂,and some used methamphetamine mixed with other drugs.Promiscuity was common among methamphetamine users.Most drug users experienced increased sexual excitement and prolonged time of intercourse.Very few drug users used condoms.Conclusion High-risk sexual behaviors are common among methamphetamine users.Drug users lack knowledge of human immunodeficiency virus（HIV） and sexually transmitted diseases（STD）.Specific intervention programs for HIV prevention and control should be implemented to this population.
