摘要
综述了以三大石油央企为代表的中国企业1993-2012年间参与国际油气资源并购的基本情况与发展历程,介绍了中国企业进入国际油气资源并购市场过程中所经历的3个阶段,分析了主要参与企业的重点并购项目和并购特点,展望了未来中国企业参与国际油气资源并购的发展趋势,并提出了相关建议。
Based on the data and materials opened to market, the article analyzes the fundamenta background and the development path for Chinese and acquisitions from1993 to 2012, demonstrate P d etroleum enterprises＇ participation in global oil and gas mergers by the cases of three major state-owned oil and gas energy enterprises in China. It sorts out the three main stages for Chinese enterprises entering the global oil and gas mergers and acquisitions market： initial exploration, stable growth and sizable expansion. It also distinguishes the main characteristics of major deals and their key participants and brings up views on the future trend of the development for Chinese enterprises＇ participation in global oil and gas mergers and acquisitions
