激光测量型锅炉在线燃烧优化系统及应用

摘要 日照电厂4号锅炉的在线燃烧优化控制系统采用美国ZOLO公司的激光测量系统,将测量的参数送到西门子P3000燃烧优化系统,对炉膛的二次风、送风的配比进行闭环控制,用以优化火焰中心、燃烧平衡以及降低氧量的设定值,达到环保节能、保证锅炉长周期运行的目的。该系统是首次在国内使用,运行稳定,达到了预期效果。 On-line boiler combustion optimization system used in unit 4 of Rizhao power plant,adopted laser measurement system from ZOLO company of America,data measured from ZOLO system is sent to SIEMENS P3000 combustion optimization system used for combustion air and secondary air closed loop control of boiler,by the way of adjusting center of flame, combustion balance and set point reduce of oxygen, the goal of energy saving and environmental protection ,long term operation of boiler is achieved. The total system is the first time used in domestic power plant,stable operation ,expected result is reached.
