摘要 智能调度辅助决策和故障实时定位系统(SDFL)应用提高了调度自动化和智能化程度,避免不安全控制过程,通过集中式控制提高操作过程的灵活性、经济性以及全局性调度,提升调度运行人员数据处理的效率。系统将故障定位实时展示于Google地图,提高故障的直观认知度,为快速查找故障和修复故障提供技术支持。介绍了系统的设计思路、主要功能模块,给出了系统在德州电网的实际应用案例。 Smart-dispatching Decision-support and Fault Location (SDFL) system enhances dispatching automation and its intelligence, avoids unsafe control process, realizes flexibility and economy from the whole power system point of view through centralized control,and improves the efficiency of transmission system operators in handling massive amount of fault data in a timely manner. In addition, by using new technologies of innovative fault calculation and Google map based fault visualization, SDFL provides a strong technical support platform for improving situational awareness and speeding up the process of finding and repairing faults. The paper describes the design and main functional modules of the SDFL system,presents its application in Dezhou power grid.
