一种最优化变电倒闸操作票的全整数规划模型及求解方法

摘要 针对变电运行工作中反复使用的变电倒闸操作票问题,讨论了最优化变电倒闸操作票的概念,提出一种最优变电倒闸操作票的全整数规划模型,并采用部分枚举法进行求解,将文中提出的数学模型分解为问题1、问题2,通过问题1获得操作项在操作票中的可行排列方案,通过问题2获得最优操作票。最后以220 kV水清沟变电站2号主变压器停电操作票为例,对模型和算法的合理性及有效性进行了验证。 According to the switching-operation ticket problem which has been repeatedly used for substation operators' work, this paper discussed the concept of optimal switching-operation ticket, put forward an all integer programming model for this problem ,and used the partial enumeration method to solve it, in which the proposed mathematical model was decomposed into problem one and problem two,through question one to get the feasible arrangement plan in the switching-operation ticket, through question two to obtain the optimal switching-operation ticket. Finally, take the switching-operation ticket of the second transformer at the 220 kV Shuiqinggou substation as an example,the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm was verified.
