主轴是整个风力发电机组中的关键零部件,处于叶轮与齿轮箱的中间部位。主轴的功能是支撑叶轮,将扭矩载荷传递给齿轮箱,而将其它载荷传递给底座等支撑结构。由于受力情况非常复杂,对主轴的生产加工过程和工艺要求较高。通过对主轴设计、钢锭、锻造、热处理、机加、探伤、表面处理等的加工工艺和质量要求介绍,可加强主轴加工全过程的质量控制,保证主轴的安全运行。
Spindle is the key part in tile wind turbine, which locates in the middle of the driven chain. Spindle's function is to support the impeller ,transmit the torque load to the gear box and other loads to the base and other supporting structures. Since the forees are very complex, there is a high requirement for the spindle production process. Through the introduction of the processing technology and quality requirements of the spindle design, steel ingot, forging, heat treatment, machining, inspeclion and surface treatment, the quality control of the entire process is enhanced to ensure the seeure operation of the spindle.
