摘要
针对抗性消声器压力损失问题,利用CFD方法对消声器的内部流场进行了仿真分析,并将其结果与试验数据进行了对比分析,验证了仿真分析的可靠性。在此基础上,对消声器的结构进行改变,分析了内插管、中间挡板位置以及进口空气流速等因素对消声器压力损失的影响规律,进而为抗性消声器的设计提供了依据。
Aiming at the problem of resistance muffler pressure loss, the internal flow field of the muffler was simulated by using the method of CFD, and the results were compared with the experimental data to verify the reliability simulation. On this basis, the muffler structure was changed for studying on the effect of intubation, intermediate baffle position and inlet air flow rate on the pressure loss of muffler, which provided the basis for the design of reactive muffler.
