摘要
针对双轴变截面辊弯成型机成型,分析了双轴变截面轧辊运动轨迹,确定了轧辊与板材的运动关系以及几何关系,从而建立在柔性辊弯成型过程中轧辊的运动方程,为实际双轴便面辊弯成型提供了理论依据。
Based on the biaxial variable cross-section roll forming machine, analysis of the biaxial variable cross- section roll motion, the geometric relationships of roll motion trajectory and plate are determined. The motion of equations flexible roll in roll forming process are established, which provides a theoretical basis for praetieal biaxial saYface of roll tbrming.
