摘要
工程施工的信息化管理已成为国内施工企业改善经营管理水平 ,提高市场竞争力的重要途径 ,本文从工程算量、预算管理、物料管理、进度管理、成本管理等方面阐述了信息化管理所应发挥的作用。
Construction information management has been becoming the main method for domestic construction enterprises to improve the operation and management levels and increase their competitive power. In this article, the author introduces the effects of information management at such aspects as calculation of project quantities, budget management, material management, progress control, cost control, and so on.
