摘要
为了优化玉米须多酚的提取工艺,以玉米须多酚提取量为指标,在单因素试验基础上,采用响应面法考察液料比、超声温度和时间对玉米须多酚提取量的影响,并对其进行优化。结果表明,超声波辅助提取玉米须多酚的最佳工艺条件为液料比34∶1、温度75℃、时间50min,在此条件下,玉米须多酚的提取量为174.07mg/g。
In order to optimize the technology for the extraction of polyphenols from corn silk,the extraction amount of polyphenols was taken as index to analyze the effects of solvent-to-solid ratio, ultrasonic extraction temperature and time on the extraction amount of polyphenols. Moreo- ver,on the basis of single-factor test, response surface methodology was used to optimize the tech- nology for the ultrasonic-assisted extraction of polyphenols from corn silk. The results showed that the optimum ultrasonic-assisted extraction condition was solvent-to-solid ratio of 34 : 1,ex- traction temperature of 75 ℃ ,and extraction time of 50 rain. The yield of corn silk polyphenols was 174.07 mg/g under the optimum extraction condition.
