摘要
研究了用高效毛细管电泳测定药物中碘的方法。采用聚丙烯酰胺涂层柱可有效地抑制电渗流 ,负极进样正极检测 ,检测波长 2 14nm ,缓冲液为 2 5 mm ol/ L的磷酸盐缓冲液 (p H 6 .80 ) ,碘在 12 .5~ 2 0 0μg/ ml范围内线性关系良好 ,迁移时间和峰高的相对标准偏差分别为 2 .0 %和 2 .4% ,最小检出浓度为 1.0 μg/ ml,平均回收率为 98%~10 5 %。
Cross linked and bonded polyacrylamide coated capillary was used to depress the electroosmotic flow (EOF), without the use of an EOF modifier. This method could avoid ion pair interaction between EOF modifier and I - which has large ion radius. The RSD of migration time and peak height of I - were 2.0% and 2.4%. The detection limit of I - concentation was 1.0 μg/ml. The linear range was 12.5~200 μg/ml with a correlation coeffcient of 0.9997, and the recovery ranged from 98% to 105%. After continuous use more than 200 times during 2 months, the coated capillary still possessed good function.
