摘要
以 ODS- C1 8为分析柱 ,甲醇 -水 -三乙胺 (73∶ 2 6 .5∶ 0 .5 )为流动相 ,氟哌啶醇为内标 ,检测波长 2 80 nm。利培酮在 1～ 10 0 m g/ L 浓度内线性关系良好 (r=0 .9995 ) ,平均回收率 98.8% ,RSD0 .85 %。
A method for determination of risperidone tablets by RP HPLC was established with ODS C 18 column and the mobile phase of methanol water triethylamine (73∶26.5∶0.5) (pH was adjusted to 8 with glacial acetic acid). The detection wavelength was 280 nm and haloperidol as the internal standard. The standard curve was linear in the range of 1～100 mg/L with the correlation coefficient 0.9995. The average recovery was 98.8% ( RSD 0.85%).
