摘要
林兰认为 ,糖尿病心脏病的临床表现相当于中医学中的“消渴”、“心悸”、“怔忡”、“胸痹”、“惊悸”、“胸痛”、“心痛”、“厥心痛”、“真心痛”等证范畴。阴虚燥热、痰浊闭阻、瘀血阻滞为其主要病机。中医宜根据糖尿病冠心病、糖尿病心肌病、糖尿病心脏植物神经性病变的各自特点 ,辨证与辨病相结合 ,灵活论治。
Professor Lin Lan considered that the clinical character of diabetic cardiopathy like many Chinese medicine's diseases ,for example:'heart-throb','palpitation'etc.The pathogenesis includes heart disturbed by Phlegm-Fire,mental confusion due to phlegm,and disorder of Heart-Blood.Chinese medicine should according as each character of diabetic coronary diseases,diabetic myocardial diseases or diabetic nearopathies,clinical treatments should grasp the disease mechanism as the main consideration,flexibly conduct the differentiation and therapy.\;
