摘要
目的探讨膀胱颈电切术治疗女性膀胱颈梗阻的疗效。方法对34例女性膀胱颈梗阻患者行膀胱镜检查和尿动力学检查,行经尿道膀胱颈电切术治疗。结果随访6-12个月,最大尿流率、术后剩余尿量、尿道控制面积较术前明显改善(P<0.05),术后临床症状消失,无并发症,效果满意。结论膀胱颈电切术是治疗女性膀胱颈梗阻的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the bladder neck resection of female bladder neck obstruction effect. Methods 34 cases of female bladder neck obstruction in patients with transurethral resection of the bladder neck. Results The maximum flow rate, postoperative residual urine,urethral control area significantly improved compared with the preoperative （ P 0.05）. Conclusion Transurethral resection of bladder neck is the treatment of female bladder neck obstruction an effective manner.
