摘要
目的分析研究盐酸洛美沙星滴耳液治疗急性化脓性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2012年1月至2012年12月期间在本院治疗的62例急性化脓性中耳炎患者的临床资料。将62例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各31例,对照组采用0.25%氯霉素滴耳液,观察组给予盐酸洛美沙星滴耳液。观察两组患者治疗后的临床症状改善情况。结果观察组总有效率为93.55%,对照组总有效率为70.97%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸洛美沙星滴耳液治疗急性化脓性中耳炎临床效果显著,作用持久,具有高效、稳定、副作用小,安全等优点,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of lomefloxacin in treating acute purulent otitis media. Methods 62 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group 31 cases of the control group, control group took 0.25% chloramphenicol ear drops, the observation group was treated with lomefloxacin hydrochloride ear drops. Results The total effective rate was 93.55%, total effective rate was 70.97% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 0.05）; two sets of adverse reactions was no significant difference （ P 0.05）. Conclusion Lomefloxacin hydrochloride ear drops in the treatment of acute suppurative otitis media has a significant clinical effect efficient, stable, side effects, safety, etc.
