摘要
本研究结合我校大学英语后续课改革实践,以《中国文化概况(英语)》为例,通过问卷调查、访谈问方式,探讨以内容为依托(CBI)的大学英语后续课程建构与实施策略。研究结果表明英语学习者对《中国文化概况(英语)》类以内容为基础的后续课基本适应,用英语表达中国文化的能力有所提高,对课程持满意态度。但也存在一些问题:学生学习积极性下降、焦虑感增加、成就感降低、教师授课安排缺乏梯度。在现状调查和原因分析的基础上,文章提出了以内容为基础的英语后续课在实施过程中应注意的问题:建立层级化的教学内容,保持语言和学科内容间的平衡;建立三维教学体系,把课堂、课外、社会实践相结合;采取多维考核方式;转变教师角色。
The study aims to probe into the construction and implementation strategies of Content-based English follow-up courses, in the case of A Glimpse of Chinese Culture (English).Through questionnaires and interviews, the study finds that students are satisfied with and accustomed to content-based courses. But some problems still exist: the decreased learning interest and motivation, the increased learning anxiety, etc. Based on the investigation, the study proposes some suggestions on construction and implementation of CBI courses: balanced teaching content, various teaching system and evaluating system, and enhancing teachers’ training.
