摘要
目的研究老年性阴道炎的临床治疗效果。方法随机选取老年性阴道炎患者50例,随机分为两组,治疗组30例,使用更宝芬(普罗雌烯阴道胶囊)10mg/d,阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊0.25g/d,持续阴道给药10d,对照组20例采用甲硝唑片0.5g/d,阴道给药,共10d。比较两组疗效。结果治疗组有效率100%,对照组有效率65%,两组相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论更宝芬配合阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗老年性阴道炎疗效显著,值得临床推广。
Objective Study of the clinical effect in the treatment of senile vaginitis. Method Randomly selected 50 patients with senile vaginitis, were randomly divided into two groups, The treatment group 30 examples, the use of Geng Bao Fen 10mg/d,and Vaginal Lactobacillus capsule 0.25g/d, Persistent vaginal delivery in 10 days. 20 cases of control group with metronidazole tablets0.5g/d, Vaginal delivery, a total of 10 days. Comparison of curative effect in two groups. Result The treatment group was 100%, the effective rate of control group 65%. There were significantly difference among two groups （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Geng Bao Fen combined with vaginal Lactobacillus capsule in the treatment of senile vaginitis have notable curative effect, worthy of clinical application.
