摘要
根据黑龙江省黑河,嫩江(齐齐哈尔、富拉尔基),佳木斯和哈尔滨四个水文站30多年的冰情观测记录,分析了黑龙江省河流的冰情特点和凌汛灾害,计算了相应河段.50年一遇和百年一遇流冰厚度极值。最后对黑龙江省河流冰情、凌汛灾害进行了区域划分,为相关的冰工程设计提供了科学合的依据。
According to the observed records of the ice condition atHeihe, Nen-jiang, Jiamusi and Harbin hydrological stations in Heilongjiang Province during past more 30 years, this paper an- alyzes the general ice regime characteristics and the icejam flood of the rivers in Heilongjiang Province, and computes the extreme thickness values of the running ice occured once during fif- ty and hundred years respectively. The zonation for ice flood in Heilongjiang Province is given based on the ice regime and ice jam flood of River basin s in the provence and, more scientific and more rational criterion for relative engineering design is also proposed.
