摘要
综述了近20年来甘露消毒丹抗病毒的临床与实验研究,显示临床运用甘露消毒丹治疗病毒性肝炎、手足口病、带状疱疹等多种病毒感染性疾病确有效验,但关于该方抗病毒作用及机制的动物体内、体外实验研究并不多,暂未能全面阐释甘露消毒丹的抗病毒机理。
It summarized the clinical and experimental studies of anti - viruses effects of Ganlu Xiaodu Dan in the re- cent two decades, and showed that Ganlu Xiaodu Dan had good effects on virus infective diseases as viral hepatitis, hand - foot -mouth disease and herpes zoster,etc. But there were few experimental studies in vivo and in vitro on Ganlu Xiaodu Dan anti -viruses effects and its mechanism. So for,the mechanism of Ganlu Xiaodu Dan anting- viruses is unclear.
