摘要
在快速成形技术中,面向实体模型直接切片所得的数据文件,由于具有尺寸小、拓扑信息完整、几何精度高等优点,已逐步取代STL格式文件。然而,现阶段还没有开发出一款对模型自动分层及路径填充的通用CAM软件。将动态规划最优化算法引入到层片内部路径生成的过程中,能有效解决生成路径的自相交问题,为CAM软件的开发提供算法支持。
In rapid prototyping, direct slicing solid model for the data file because of its small size, topology information integrity, geometric precision higher merit, has gradually replaced the STL format file. However, at present, a filling of the model of automatic stratification and path of the general CAM softwarehas has been not developed. The dynamic programming optimization algorithm introduced to the process of layer internal path generation, can effectively solve the problem of generating path from the intersection algorithm, providing algorithm support for the development of CAM software.
