摘要
高考作为中国、世界的第一大考,其命题的科学性和规范性对整个社会的稳定和教育的未来发展有很大的影响。目前的高考分省命题实际过程中的利与弊和当初的分省命题的初衷有较大的差距。本文从教育与心理测量学的专业视角,对高考分省命题的优劣作出客观评析后,就分省命题应继续存在或逐步废除提出建议。
National College entrance examination （NCEE） is the first big test in China and in the whole world, the scientific and normative of NCEE is important to the entire social stability and the future development of education. The advantages and disadvantages of the current NCEE provincial paper-setting have a large gap to the original intention of the provincial paper-setting. This paper analyzes the pros and cons of NCEE provincial paper-setting from the professional perspective of education and psychology measurement, and proposes recommendations to the continued existence or the gradual abolition of the provincial paper-setting.
