摘要
目的:研究后路椎弓根螺钉复位椎间融合内固定治疗腰椎滑脱的临床疗效。方法:选择在我院就诊的腰椎滑脱患者作为研究对象,随机分为给予后路椎弓根螺钉复位椎间融合内固定治疗的观察组和侧后方入路椎弓根螺钉复位椎间融合内固定治疗的对照组,观察手术相关指标、椎体功能相关指标、活动状态和生活质量。结果:观察组手术时间(125.23±12.62)min、术中出血量(223.73±21.79)ml、术后引流量(48.42±5.52)ml、术后卧床时间(4.21±0.56)d、Cobb角(9.73±1.03)均明显少于对照组;治疗后椎间隙高度(9.73±1.03)、椎体融合率、KPS评分(82.84±8.11)、躯体功能(73.51±7.42)、心理功能(58.84±5.12)、社会功能(56.96±5.32)、认知功能(57.44±5.65)和总体生活质量(80.61±8.12)明显高于对照组。结论:后路椎弓根螺钉复位椎间融合内固定治疗能够改善治疗效果、减小手术创伤、提高生活质量,具有积极的治疗价值。
Objective：To study the effects of posterior pedicle screw intervertebral fusion and internal fixation in treating lumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods：Lumbar spondylolisthesis patients were collected and randomly divided into observation group given and control group.Then operation indexes,vertebral body function indicators,activity state and quality of life were observed.Results：Operation time,bleeding volume,postoperative drainage volume,lying time,Cobb angles of observation group were significantly less than control group;the height of intervertebral space,vertebral fusion rate,KPS score and physical function,psychological function,social function,cognitive function,overall quality of life scores were significantly higher than control group.Conclusion：Posterior debridment,autologous bone graft fusion,internal fixation have positive clinical value for it can improve the curative effect and quality of life.
