超声心动图测量左心室壁运动状态与评估心肌缺血的相关性分析和意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的:应用经胸超声心动图检测冠心病患者和健康人,探讨左室形态与左室壁局部缺血的关系。方法:选择60例确诊为心肌缺血的患者作为心肌缺血组,40例健康人作为对照组,应用常规二维、M型超声及解剖M型测量左室壁运动状态,进行对比分析,并观察分析60例心肌缺血患者左心室形态改变情况,与冠状动脉造影结果进行对照分析。结果:心肌缺血组同对照组比较,左室壁运动振幅均有不同程度减低(P<0.05),差异有显著性,冠状动脉造影结果也有一支或多支不同程度的狭窄,左室形态均有不同程度的改变。结论:心肌缺血可使心脏室壁运动减低,进而引起左心室形态改变,左心室形态改变的程度及其部位又可反应心肌缺血的程度和部位,对于应用超声心动图测量左心室壁运动状态以评估心肌缺血意义重大。 Objective: Application of echocardiography to detect patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) And thehealthy,analysis of the relationship between left ventricular morphology and left ventricular wall is- chemia; Methods: 60 patients with myocardial ischemia patients As myocardial ischemia group,and 40 healthy peo- ple as a control group, using the conventional two-dimensional, M-mode ultrasound and anatomical M-mode meas- urement of left ventricular wall motion amplitude, comparative analysis, and analysis of 60 cases of myocardial is- chemia in patients with left ventricular morphology was observed to change the situation, and the results of coronary angiography. Results: Myocardial ischemia group compared with the control group, left ventricular wall motion am- plitude were reduced to varying degrees(P〈0.05), there were significant difference, the coronary angiography re- sults has one or more stenosis with different degrees, with left ventricular morphology have different levels of change. Conclusion: Myocardial ischemia can make cardiac ventricular wall motion decreases, resulting in left ven- tricular morphology change, the degree and positions of left ventricular morphology change can response the degree of myocardial ischemia and its parts, the application of echoeardiography measured left ventricular wall motion state in the evaluation of myocardial ischemia is of great significance.
