大豆是我国的主要农作物之一 ,它具有许多生物活性成分。大豆异黄酮 ,大豆多肽 ,大豆低聚糖 ,大豆皂甙 。
Soybean is one of the most important crops in China. There are many kinds of bioactive components in soybean, such as soybean isoflavone, soybean oligopeptides, soybean oligosaccharides, soybean saponins and soybean phospholipids.They brief dascripton and recommendation, age given in the present review. They all benefit for human body.
