摘要
“肝体阴而用阳”是对肝生理、病理特点的高度概括。肝以藏血为本 ,以气为用 ,肝阴易虚 ,肝阳易亢 ;肝气、肝阳常有余 ,肝阴、肝血常不足。只有在“肝体阴而用阳”理论的指导下 ,紧扣养肝体之阴 ,以体为本 ,以用为标 ,求其属而扬其用 ,方可标本相得 。
The theory of the liver belonging to yin in its nature and demonstrating yang in its function embodies the physiological and pathological characteristics of the liver In this paper,the concepts of the liver and its function and the value of its function are discussed The principal function of the liver is to store blood and govern normal flow of qi The liver yin tends likely to be insufficient while the liver yang to be excessive It is commonly seen in the clinic that there is excessive liver qi and the liver yang,meanwhile,there is insufficiency of the liver yin and the liver blood The author has come to realize that nourishing the liver yin and the liver blood is the basis of curing different kinds of liver diseases In the light of the theory“the liver belongs to yin in its nature and demonstrating yang in its function”,the successful treatment of various liver diseases and the key to curing the disease lies in nourishing the liver yin It is the significance of self prescribed medicine yanggan siwei decoction as an elementary prescription
