摘要
目的探讨要素膳管滴法的临床应用 ,减少不良反应的发生。方法将 5 0例观察对象随机分为两组 ,观察组 2 5例采用管滴法 ,对照组 2 5例采用传统的推注法 ,比较两种方法不良反应的发生率。结果观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,误吸发生率也显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论胃肠内要素膳管滴法用于危重病人是一种简便、安全、有效的方法 ,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clincal application of element diet by ductus instilling in sever patient for lowering down the side effects.Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the laboratory group fed by ductus instilling, and the control group fed by ductus injection, the rate of side effect in two groups was compared. Results The incidence of side effect in experimental group was significant lower than that in control group ( P <0.05).and the percentage of false inhalation was significantly lower than that in control group. Conclusion It is a simple, safe and effective method of elemental diet by ductus instilling in severe patients.It is valuable to popularize it in clinical practice.
