摘要
本文基于生物组织热传导方程,探讨了强激光辐照生物组织的热传递规律,建立了三层皮肤组织模型,利用有限元方法数值模拟激光作用下生物组织的瞬态温度场分布,仿真分析了不同方式激光作用下皮肤组织的温度场变化趋势。结果表明,相同条件下,脉冲激光的温升效果大于连续激光,且脉冲激光的温度梯度大于连续激光;脉冲激光照射下皮肤组织的温度扩散体积较大,将会造成较大面积热损伤。随着时间增加,连续激光的最高温度单调递增,而脉冲激光则呈振荡趋势。
The rule of heat transfer that is irradiated by high power laser is discussed based on thermal conduction equations of biological tissue. The model of three layer skin tissue is built. The transient temperature distribution generated by laser irradiation in biological tissue is numerical simulated using finite dement method. The temperature change trend generated by pulse laser and continuum laser in biological tissue are studied respectively. The results show that temperature rise effect generated by pulse laser is more than continuum laser' s. And the temperature grads generated by pulse laser is more than continuum laser' s. The temperature diffuse area generated by pulse laser in biological tissue is larger. And these will cause more large area thermal damage. The highest temperature caused by continuum laser is monotone increasing with time increasing. But the highest temperature caused by pulse laser is oscillation trend.
