摘要
目的 观察小剂量米非司酮治疗子宫异常出血的疗效.方法 采用每日5mg的小剂量米非司酮治疗顽固性子宫异常出血26例,其中功血症18例,粘膜下子宫肌瘤2例,子宫内膜息肉4例,子宫肥大症2例.所有病人的子宫≤50天孕大.结果 26例病人全部闭经,贫血情况得到明显改善.停药后仍有10例病人继续闭经在3个月以上.13例病人停药后出现少量月经,无须治疗.3例病人停药后阴道流血接近治疗前,重新服药后闭经.8例病人伴有继发性痛经消失.3例病人出现潮热,1例继发轻微腹泻.结论 每日5mg小剂量米非司酮治疗子宫异常出血疗效可靠,副作用轻.
ve To observe the efficacy of small dose mifepristone for treating abnormal uterinebleeding .Methods A dose of 5mg of mifepristone daily was given to treat 26 cases of obstinate uterine bleedingcaused by various benign lesions, which include 18 cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding, 2 cases of submucous fi-bromyoma, 4 cases of endometrial polyp, 2 cases of metrauxe. The sizes of all the patients' uteri were equal to or lessthan that of 50 days' pregnancy .Results A-menorrhoea was found and anemia was improved obviously in all 26cases.Amenorrhoea continued for more than 3 months in 10 cases after they stopped taking mifepristone.Smallamount of menstrual flow occurred in 13 cases after they stopped taking the drug, which needn't be treated.Afterstopping taking the drug, 3 cases had almost the same amount of vaginal bleeding as before,but amenorrhoea occurredwhen they resumed the drug .Dysmenorrhoea disappeared in 8 cases who were accompanied by it .The endometrialpolyps in 2 cases disappeared. Flush occurred in 3 cases. Slight diarrhea occurred in 1 case. Conclusion The efficacyof treating abnormal uterine bleeding with 5mg of mifepristone daily is reliable,and there are slight side-effects.
