摘要
目的 探讨高血压左室肥厚(LVH)与血压变异性(BPV)的关系.方法 对72例伴有或不伴有LVH的高血压患者进行24小时动态血压监测,分析血压的变异性,并和对照组进行对比分析.结果 高血压组无论是否伴有LVH与正常组相比较,长时血压变异各指标均显著增高,24小时收缩压标准差(24h SSD)及24小时舒张压标准差(24hDSD),昼间收缩压标准差(d SSD)在伴有LVH的患者较无LVH的高血压患者相比显著增高.结论 血压变异性增高是高血压患者动态血压的一个特征,长时血压变异与LVH有一定关系,理想的抗高血压治疗也应降低BPV.
ve To investigate the relationship between the hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH) and the blood pressure variability(BPV). Methods 72 hypertensive patients with or without LVH and 45control cases were examined by 24-hour blood pressure measurements. Analysis of the relationship between the LVHand the BPV was taken .Results The BPV in hypertensive patients with or without LVH were markedly higherthan that in controls. The standard deviation of 24-hours SBP (24h SSD), and 24-hours DBP (24h DSD ), day-time SBP(d SSD) in hypertensive patients with LVH were also markedly higher than that in the patients withoutLVH .Conclusion Increased of the BPV was a trait in hypertensive patients. BPV may be related to LVH. De-creased BPV may be involved in treatment.
