摘要
本文指出,自组织和被组织是自然界和社会组织化中的两类现象;从无组织走向组织,从被组织走向自组织也是自然界和社会的重要现象;当代自然科学和社会科学研究发现了大量可观察的自组织现象;文章认为,无组织是有组织的基础;自组织与被组织这两种组织化的方式,它们相互依赖,相互转化;采取自组织方式处理事物,是更高级的认识和系统组织方式。
In this paper,we discuss relationships between inorganization and organization, by-organization and self-organization. We think that this are two kinds phenomena about self-organization and by-organization in Nature and Society,but depend one another, transformation from inorganization to organization,from by-organization to self-organization. A lot of self-organizing phenomena finded by the contemporary nature sciences and social sciences. We think that inorganizations are foundations of organization, adopt that view of self-organization about deal with things is the better system manner.
