摘要
目的探讨在输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石手术中应用NTrap网篮的有效性和安全性。方法分析比较输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石手术中联合应用NTrap网篮治疗(第1组)以及未联合应用(第2组)的患者的临床资料,对碎石成功率、结石清除率、并发症等进行统计分析。结果一次性治疗成功率第1组为98.5%,第2组为90%;第1组效率商为0.98,第2组为0.9。结论输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石时应用NTrap网篮可以有效防止结石移位,减少术后残留结石的发生,手术安全可靠。
【Objective】To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ureteroscopy and holmium： YAG laser combined with NTrap basket for treating upper ureteral calculi. 【Methods】From 2006, upper ureteral calculi was treated using ureteroscopy and holmium： YAG laser combined with NTrap basket （the first group） or not （the second group）. The clinic data was analyzed statistically. 【Results】The success rate of the first group in a single procedure was 98.5%, the second group was 90%. The efficiency quotient of the first group was 0.98, the second group was 0.9. 【Conclusion】Using NTrap basket during the procedure of treating upper ureteral calculi with ureteroscopy and holmium：YAG laser could prevent the stone shifting effectively, and reduce the accident of residual stone, the surgery is safety.
