摘要 以新型的齐聚物式成碳剂(OCA)与多聚磷酸铵(APP)复配成新型膨胀型阻燃剂(IFR),采用氧指数测定仪(LOI)、垂直燃烧测定仪(UL)、热重分析仪(TGA)和红外光谱(FTIR)研究了碳酸镍(NC)、硼酸锌(ZB)和二氧化锰(MnO2)与LDPE/IFR体系的阻燃协同作用。结果表明:添加1%的金属化合物后,复合材料的氧指数值都有一定程度的提高,其中NC的效果最佳。TGA分析结果表明:金属化合物都能促使复合材料提前分解成碳,NC还能保留更多的残碳。FTIR分析表明:残碳中形成了聚芳烃和P-O-C、P-O-P的交联结构。 Novel intumescent flame retardant (IFR) was composed by novel oligomeric charring agent (OCA) and ammonium polyphosphate (APP),and the synergistic effect between nickel carbonate (NC), zinc borate (ZB), magnesium dioxide (Mn02) and LDPE/IFR system was investigated by the means of limited oxygen index (LOI),vertical test (UL), thermogravinity analysis (TGA) and Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy ( FTIR). The effects showed that the LOI values of composite increased when 1% metal compounds was incorporated in to it,and NC had the best synergistic effect. The TGA results revealed that the composite decomposed at advance when 1% metal compounds was added,and it remained more char residue when NC introduced into it. The results from FTIR showed that polyaromatic spacies, P-O-C and P-O-P connected structures were formed.
