摘要
在发泡注塑实验中采集了电机功率和加热功率数据,分析了该过程的电机能耗、加热能耗。分析表明:机筒温度、注气压力和注射速度对电机能耗、加热能耗和总能耗影响较大;电机功率的变化及能耗的分布与注塑周期的各个阶段较有明显的对应关系。计算了电机能耗、加热能耗的比例及注塑周期的各个阶段电机能耗的分布。
The data of motor power and heating power of inject machine were acquired in a foaming injection experiment. The energy consumption of motor driving and heating in the process was analyzed. Analysis results revealed that barrel temperature,gas inject pressure and inject velocity had more evident influences on energy consumption. The change of motor's power and energy consumption was closely related to the different stages of injection. The energy consumption percentages of the motor driving and heating,as well as the driving energy consumption distribution were calculated.
