摘要
从科技期刊出版不同阶段的项目特点切入,研究项目管理(PM)如何在科技期刊出版活动中有效应用。从成本管理、进度管理、质量管理3个方面,结合科技期刊出版活动的实际情况,引入PM中常见的应用方法,为PM在科技期刊出版以及类似出版活动中的应用提供参考。
Starting from the project characteristics of sci-tech periodicals publishing in different stages, the paper explores the application of project management （PM） in sci-tech periodicals publishing. Some common application methods in the PM are introduced to solve cost management, progress management and quality management, combined with the actual situation of sci-tech periodicals publishing. This study provides a useful reference for the PM application in sci-tech periodicals publishing and similar publishing activities.
