摘要
目的:分析穴位贴敷配合热疗按摩预防普外科术后尿潴留的临床效果。方法:取于2011年7月—2012年7月收治的手术患者128例作为研究对象,根据患者术后采取的预防措施不同将所有患者分为对照组与观察组各64例,对照组患侧采取常规预防,观察组患者在常规预防基础上,加用穴位贴敷及热疗按摩。比较两组患者的术后3 h内排尿率及腹胀症状减轻率,术后每日排尿量与患者的住院满意度等差异。结果:观察组患者接受治疗后的术后3 h内排尿率、每日平均排尿量及腹胀症状减轻率明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者接受治疗后的住院满意度均明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:给予普外科手术治疗后的患者穴位贴敷配合热疗按摩,可以有效预防患者出现尿潴留。
Objective：To analyze the clinical effects of acupoint application with thermotherapy of prevention of urinary reten- tion after general surgery. Methods ： In the hospital department of general surgery ,from July 2011 to July 2012,128 patients were as the research objects. According to the different prevention measures, they were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 64 cases in each group. The control group took routine prevention, while patients in the observation group based on rou- tine prevention, combined with acupoint massage and thermotherapy. Voiding rate and abdominal distention were compared in two groups. The postoperative 3H reducing rate, difference of daily urine output and hospitalized patients satisfaction were also ob- served after surgery. Results：The 3 H postoperative voiding rate, average daily urine volume and abdominal distension symptom re- lief rate of patients in the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those of patients in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ） ;observation group patients＇ satisfaction after treatment was significantly higher than those in control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：Acupoint application with thermotherapy after general surgery can effectively prevent patients from urinary retention.
